Set up company Details

In this guide, you will find on how to set up or update company details in MySyarikat.
Note :
Only System Administration and Human Resource Role can access this setting.
Please follow the steps below :

  1. Login As Human Resource Role/System Administration
  2. Click System Setting located on left menu
  3. Select Company and Click Update
  4. Enter the details requiredCompany Name
    Enter Company Name (eg : MySyarikat Berhad)

    Company Short Name
    Enter Company Short Name (eg : MySyarikat)

    Company Number
    Enter your register company registered number approved by SSM.

    Employer Number
    Enter your KWSP employer number.

    Maybank Autocredit Software (MAS) Access ID
    MAS ID is an access ID needed by Maybank to run automated payroll through Maybank2u. You can get this access ID once you request the software from the bank. Follow this guide to apply for MAS.

    Bank Account Number
    Enter company bank account number.

    Bank Name
    Select bank name as listed.

    Enter your company address.

    Contact Information
    Enter your company contact information.

    Upload your company logo. We recommend you to upload a .png format logo. Please note that this logo will appear in all statement generated from MySyarikat portal.

  5. Click Save
