For new added staff, you may find that they cannot apply for leave due to employee information is incomplete.
This issue occurred because HR did not set the approval name who is responsible to take action on the leave request.
To set up approval name, please follow the steps below :
- Login as HR User
- Click on Menu Employee
- Find the name of staff and click Details
- Click Update Employee Detail
- Find the field labelled as Approval Name. From there, please select the name of user who is responsible to take action on the leave request.
- Click Save
