This version of our Privacy Policy will take effect on 1st July 2019.
In most cases, if you subscribed a MySyarikat month or annual subscription for MySyarikat – Online HR System, and it’s within 7 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. There are some exceptions, so check our term of use for details.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
