Important note:
- Pro-rated leave can only be set via the website.
- Make sure the pro-rated button has been activated before employee registration is made in the system.
- Only employees who are newly registered in the system will have their leave automatically pro-rated.
How to set pro-rated leave in employee settings, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click “System Setting”
Step 2: Click “Leave”

Step 3: Go to “Annual Leave” and click “Update”
Step 4: Activate the “Pro-rated” button

Step 5: Click “Type of prorate” and select the “Type of prorate” used by the company

Info:
- Earned leave : (Total annual leave/12 months) * Total remaining months
- Daily (Full entitlement) : (Total annual leave/12 months) * Total remaining months
- Monthly (Full entitlement) : (Total working days/365 days) * Total Annual Leave
Step 6: Click “Method of rounding” and select the “Method of rounding” used by the company

Step 7: Click “Save”

You have completed updating pro-rata leave in “System settings”!!!
